With more than 11,000 final-year students on board, this inclusive campaign challenges old patterns (like needing nurses in the port and accountants in healthcare) and highlights how jobs, lifelong learning, entrepreneurship, and going abroad can shape tomorrow. By seamlessly integrating strategic consultancy, partner recruitment, and a grand experiential event at Antwerp Expo, we’ve created a powerful platform for every participant.
Our campaign’s resounding success lies in its ability to bring people together. From CEOs and policymakers to new graduates looking for their next step, everyone found value in this unprecedented collaboration. A robust media presence, 10 livestreams, and special “Gen Z insights” coaching sessions ensured that participants left feeling informed, inspired, and ready to embrace the next chapter.
Moving Forward: Because ‘Boring Career Day’ Was So Last Year
